The delivery time is up to seven (7) working days depending on the day the purchase has been carried out. Delivery will be only from Monday to Friday. Cortijo El Cura will not take responsibility for possible delays in delivery due to national holidays or reasons outside the company’s control.
The order will be prepared once the payment has been confirmed and during the following hours:
Monday-Friday: 10am-2pm. Orders received outside these working hours will be prepared on the following day. We do not prepare orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
The purchased products will be delivered in the address written in the order. The purchase documents will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer in the registration form of the online shop of Cortijo El Cura. It will be also possible to have access to these documents through your account on Cortijo El Cura online shop.
We do not send either receive orders on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. An order is considered delivered when the customer receives the merchandise and signs the delivery note. Then the customer should verify the state of the goods and indicate the possible faults in the dispatch note.
The shipment company will take responsibility for the delivery.
The shipment cost is 5€ (VAT included), with the exception of order value higher than 100€ (VAT included). The shipment will be free in this case.
We only send products to mainland Spain. If you need us to send you products to other places, please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org
You can buy all our products or services of our online shop and offering them as presents. In order to do that, you only have to make the corresponding indication on “comments” when you make your order.
If you purchase products, you should write the address of the person who will receive the gift. The person who receives the merchandise will find a gift voucher with the name of the purchaser. If you want to include any other information, you can do it through “comments”, sending an email or contacting us by phone before sending the merchandise.
In case of services, the purchaser will receive a pdf file which should be printed out and delivered to the lucky winner. The person who will receive the gift has to contact us by phone or email giving us the voucher number. Then he/she will be able to make the visit. You can offer any kind of services (with close or open date). The deadline to use a gift voucher for services is one year after the issue.
In our policy, complying with current regulations, the purchaser has 14 calendar days, from the reception of the object of the contract, to exercise the right of withdrawal, without the need to justify its decision and without penalties for its exercise.
The refund of the amount will be made through similar payment method with which the user made the purchase. The returned product must be in the same condition it was received, that is, in perfect conditions and, of course, it cannot be damaged, beaten or with reliable proof of use that prevents the sale of the same product. If you need to send the product, please pack it properly to protect it during the shipment. Please, contact us before proceeding with any return. Once we receive your package, we will contact you in order to clarify the return process. No returns will be accepted without checking the conditions of the merchandise. If the reason of the return is that the returned item does not correspond to the order or is in poor condition, the Cortijo el Cura online shop will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. Otherwise, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Changes in reservations of services are allowed as long as they are confirmed by Cortijo El Cura and up to 48 hours before the service to take place.
The maximum period of partial or complete cancellation of services (visits, day in the farm and picnics) is 48 hours before its completion. Once the deadline has finished, no amount will be refunded. Cancellations of gift vouchers are not accepted.
Cortijo El Cura reserves the right to cancel scheduled visits up to 24 hours before if there are not enough reservations for the activity. In this case the customer can change the date of the visit or be refunded.

The services offered on this website that are not provided by Cortijo El Cura, will be the responsibility of the company that provides the services. Cortijo El Cura is not responsible for any problem, damage or injury that may arise in their places or during the services.
Cortijo El Cura has a special bathroom for people with reduced mobility. The entrances to the wine cellar and the museum have ramps. Only land and flat surfaces are used during the guided tours.
Last amendment about online trade
The European rule for consumption, the EU Regulation 542/2013, modifies the legal regime applicable to e-commerce websites by launching an European Platform for Online Conflict Resolution. All website owners must inform about this type of website.
They are obliged to comply with the duty of information, among others, the companies established in the EU that enter into sale contracts of sale or contract for the provision of online services.
Website holders must inform consumers and users about the fact that the European Commission provides an online platform for resolving disputes arising from a sale of goods or services through e-commerce.

All companies and freelancers who carry out e-commerce must comply with this legal requirement since 15 February 2013. This is another requirement for e-commerce.
